Cove Cay Country Club offers a full-service pro shop facility, staffed by professionals who strive to make your golfing experience most pleasurable.

The Pro Shop at Cove Cay Country Club is open from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. during the off-season (summer) period when the course is also open to public play. During the winter season (November 1 through April 30) the pro shop hours are 7 a.m. until 5 p.m.

During summer hours, the public may call 7 days in advance to schedule tee times. Members are able to make their tee times 10 days in advance. Staff will make every effort to accommodate walk-ons during the summer season. Phone 727-535-1406.

Cove Cay Country Club requires a cart to play the course, but they do offer a few “power caddies” as an alternative.

Cove Cay offers a full practice facility. There is a putting green, chipping green, practice trap and sand trap. A driving range is also available. The price for a small bucket of balls is $3.00 and for a large bucket the fee is $5.00

Lessons are available for $30 per 1/2 hour session.

The Pro Shop at Cove Cay offers a wide selection of golf balls for sale, including FootJoy, Titleist, and Cobra. Of course, you can always opt for good “used” balls as well. Custom clubs are designed to the individuals golfers’ specs, upon request, and there is a complete repair service offered for your clubs. There is always a nice selection of clothing available, with fashionable looks for men and women.
