The casual dining room accommodates 88 people with large windows for viewing the gorgeous golf course and Tampa Bay. The scenery is enhanced by a wooden bridge where you can often view an array of Florida birds. The "grill room" also features a TV for keeping up on the latest sports and financial news, as well as a large bar for gathering with friends for a cool refreshment.

The formal or 'main' dining room has 120 seats. This area is also used for parties featuring entertainment, such as the "Elvis" party or the "Monte Carlo" night. Cove Cay Country Club features several theme parties throughout the year. In addition, bingo is played in the main dining room on Tuesday nights during season, following a delicious dinner buffet.
